Assistance for Business
The Smart Business Website has been created to help small business here in the City of Kawartha Lakes—and those wishing to start a small business or even look for a job.

We have worked to provide a number of different sources and points of reference to help with details regarding business planning, taxation, employment, other general and specific business information—even applying for financial support.

As an organization the Kawartha Lakes CFDC is committed to helping business and creating employment opportunities. Most of our services are free of charge and we welcome any and all inquiries. Our office in Kent Place Mall is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or you may wish to call us at (705) 328-0261.

We wish you the very best with your endeavour and remain available to help you in whatever ways we can.
